Megan Thee Stallion Bombs On ‘Dumb Ass Bitch’ Draya For Clowning Tory Lanez Shooting

Written by on July 24, 2020

Megan Thee Stallion still doesn’t think your Tory Lanez jokes are funny, especially when they’re coming from another woman in the industry. On Wednesday (July 22), Draya started trending on Twitter after she made light of Lanez allegedly shooting Meg in the foot.

“I predict that they had some sort of Bobby and Whitney love that drove them down this Snapped-esque type of road and I’m here for it,” she said during an episode of the Wine & Weed podcast. “I like that. I want you to like me so much that you shoot me in the foot, too. I want you to like me so much that if I’m trying to get out the car, you’re like, ‘No, sit your fuckin’ ass in the car’ and I’m like, ‘No, nigga. I’m fuckin’ gettin’ out the car. No, you’re not. Bop bop.’

Like the host predicted, Draya then “went viral” and the 300 Entertainment rapper was quick to chime in, inadvertently seeming to confirm Tory was indeed the triggerman.

“Dumb bitch that shit ain’t fucking funny,” she tweeted. “Who tf jokes about getting shot by a nigga. And fuck all the hoe ass niggas making jokes about it too. I’ll talk about shit when I get ready.”

Police were called to a Hollywood Hills home early July 12 after a disturbance call. Witnesses saw people arguing in an SUV and someone supposedly fired shots in the air before speeding away. The vehicle was gone before officers arrived at the scene but once it was located, Meg and Lanez were discovered inside the car.

After a thorough search, police found a gun in the car and Lanez was arrested for felony possession of a concealed weapon, but it was unclear how Megan ended up with a bullet inside her body

A couple of days later, Meg addressed the incident via Instagram and revealed she’d been shot. Rumors Lanez was the triggerman began making the rounds on social media and the Los Angeles Police Department is now reportedly investigating the Canadian artist’s possible role in the incident.

Draya has since apologized for her comments, tweeting, “I truly don’t glorify domestic violence… I was trying to say just love me deeply. But while trying to be funny, I offended many, including meg. And I’m sorry.”
